He has taught at senior executive programs in over 20 countries and has been designated as an expert on global leadership by the World Bank. He is the President and Chairman of the world-renowned research project on executive performance and leadership, titled GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness). He is the co-editor of the first GLOBE book, which was the recent winner of "The M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in The Workplace."
