Dr. Kamel Jedidi

Columbia Business School, USA

Dr. Kamel Jedidi is the John A. Howard Professor of Marketing at the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University, New York. He was awarded the 1998 International Journal of Research in Marketing Best Article Award and the Marketing Science Institute 2000 Best Paper Award. He was also finalist for 2009 Paul Green Award for the Journal of Marketing Research and for the 2009 Long-term Impact Paper Award for Marketing/Management Science. Dr. Jedidi serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing and the Journal of Macromarketing. Dr. Jedidi has conducted seminars at several business conferences and universities.

Dr. Andrew Kakabadse

Andrew Kakabadse is Professor of International Management Development, Cranfield University, School of Management. Andrew is currently Visiting Professor at the University of Ulster; Visiting Scholar in Residence at Thunderbird, School of Global Management, USA; Visiting Professor at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia; Visiting Professor at Swinburne University of Technology, Faculty of Business and Enterprise, Melbourne, Australia, Adjunct Professor at Southern Cross Business School, Australia. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Management, Fellow of the British Psychology Society and Fellow of the British Academy of Management. Andrew has consulted and lectured in the UK, Europe, USA, SE Asia, China, Japan, Russia, Georgia, the Gulf States, India and Australia. He was also Vice Chancellor of the International Academy of Management and has been Chairman of the Division of Occupational Psychology, British Psychological Society, 2001. Andrew has published 40 books, 85 book chapters, 229 articles and 18 monographs. Prof. Marc Sachon

IESE Business School

Dr. Marc Sachon is Professor of Operations Management at IESE Business School, University of Navarra. He predominantly teaches in IESE's executive programs – both open enrollment and customized programs. He is the academic director of IESE's flagship AMP Munich program and the Chairman of IESE AUTO, an annual industry meeting which will be in its 28th edition in November 2013. He is the academic director of several custom programs (automotive and pharmaceutical sectors) and open programs at IESE (Retail Operations, Operational Excellence, Driving Change Successfully).

Dr. Sachon has published in academic journals, contributed to several books and has written several internationally best-selling case studies. He has won multiple teaching awards and has consulted for companies in Europe and North America.

Dr. Karel Cool is the BP Chair Professor of European Competitiveness and Professor of Strategic Management. His research, teaching and consulting focus on problems of industry dynamics and competitive strategy (e. g. competitive positioning; assessment of profit opportunities in markets; strategic supply chain dynamics and management; industry overcapacity; critical mass races, customer value creation and capturing). Mr. Johan Brand leads the Consumer, Retail, Media and Sports Practices at Egon Zehnder International for the Middle East out of the Dubai office. He focuses on senior and top level international executives in consumer, retail and media in its broadest meaning. He leads top level search, management appraisal and board review projects in a wide and diverse client portfolio. Mr. Johan Brand is a core-member of the Global Consumer Practice Group as well as of the Media, Sports and the Private Equity Practice Groups. Prior to joining EZI, Mr. Johan Brand made a career in the FMCG business. He held Brand Management positions with Procter & Gamble in The Netherlands and Belgium. From there he moved to Pepsi-Cola International for Head of Marketing and International Management positions.

He specialises in the practical application of leading-edge approaches to the personal development of leaders and key professionals. He is also co-founder and managing director of Praxis Partners, LLC, a financial advisory firm focused on providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle-market companies and custom executive education programs for financial institutions. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, private equity principal investing and equity capital funding. He has also developed and delivered custom education programs in the area of corporate finance, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy.

Mr. Abdullah Telmesani

With a BA in Architecture from KAAU, Dr.Abdullah Telmesani continued with an MA from Harvard University in Urban Design & Planning, during which, he studied 3rd World Economic Development at MIT. He then joined U.C. Berkeley to earn a Doctorate in Urban & Regional Planning.

Dr. Telmesani worked as a professor, teaching architecture and professional practice at KAAU's School of Environmental Design, and as a freelance consultant. He then worked as a deputy managing director of real estate development enterprises in Egypt, and then as a general manager in the Mecca Society for Development & Social Services.

Dr.Telmesani was a board member in The Savola Group, and a board member of the Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company. Dr.Telmesani is currently a board member in Knowledge Economic City, Saudi Arabia.

Building on his personal experience and extensive readings in the subject of personal development, Dr.Telmesani wrote three books (in Arabic about the subject). His latest book (in English and Arabic) is titled "THE BALANCED WAY: The Path to Excellence and Contentment"
