Mark joined Egon Zehnder International in 2000. He started EZI’s Talent Management practice. He has led and participated in major talent management projects for consumer, life sciences and financial services clients. Prior to EZI, he joined the Boston Consulting Group London in 1988. During his 11 years with BCG, he worked on the full range of strategic consulting projects all around the world, and in most sectors. He was heavily involved in several large reengineering projects. He has written several articles on post-merger integration for FT. He obtained a First Class Masters degree in Modern History from Oxford University, and completed a Doctorate in sixteenth-century history. He did his MBA from INSEAD.
