Mr. Ashraf Hegazy Mr. Hegazy at present is working as a Director-Middle Initiative, Harvard University. He graduated with a psychology degree in leadership traits. He went on to work in the FS industry, then in management/ strategy consulting and technology. Ashraf earned his Master degree from the Harvard Kennedy School. He was awarded a Presidential Management Fellowship and a Lucius N. Littauer Fellowship for "exemplary academic achievement, & potential for future leadership. Ashraf sits on a number of boards, including as a Director of the Harvard Alumni Association and the Chairman of the International Board of Advisors of United Planet, a global peace corps. He co-founded the Harvard Arab Alumni Association in 2001 to build an active network of Arab leaders educated at Harvard. His research interests are in adaptive leadership and negotiation frameworks in the Middle East. He has taught Adaptive Leadership in several executive education courses at Harvard Kennedy School focused on leadership & negotiation.
